I'm thinking spaghetti. Joe has to work since he was off all weekend for the wedding we went to so its just me and Paige. Then with the sauce I don't use tonight I will freeze half so Joe can have it for lunch on his next day off and with the other half I'll add bean and chili powder and make chili with the leftovers for dinner tomorrow night.

Change in plans last night for dinner. Ended up picking up a big ole chicken at the market so made beer butt chicken on the grill and served it with rice with pesto and some corn mixed with some leftover minted carrots. Tonight will be the keftover pot roast, potatoes & a salad.

We'll probably have the creamy chicken ramen noodles I didn't fix yesterday.
I ended up babysitting last night. Wasn't planning on that so never made it home to cook.
