I'm on a kick to clean out the kitchen freezer, where I keep all the leftovers and open bags of large-portion stuff... so tonight it is chicken pot pie made from leftovers and frozen vegetables.

When I got up I thought it would be beef tips, noodles and green beans.
Since It's 1:30 and I'm still frittering away the day and I have to go to work in a couple of hours, it's looking more like a ham sandwich, chips, and apple.
And since I didn't cook today, that means it's also ham sandwich and chips Saturday, Sunday, and Monday too. Long shifts those days, little time at home. Oh well.Donna

My oldest son has a football game tonight. So dh and I will be having leftover Runzas and little ds will be having hot dogs. I think I will also bake some onion rings leftover from the other night.

I didn't have to cook a thing tonight. Kids ate at grandma's house before coming home, DH pigged out on oatmeal cookies and got a tummy ache (@@ - men, I swear it's like I have a 3rd child!), so I just ate some leftover salad from the fridge.

OMG, finally someone who knows how to make beef and noodles.... with mashed potatoes. I have people tell me thay have never heard of these two in the same meal. I'm from Indiana originally and can't ever remember having chicken or beef and noodles without mashed potatoes.
