I'm not sure, just happy I don't have to cook it! We are at my in-laws and they are providing all the goodies right now.

I was awakened by wisdom tooth pain 4 hours before I had to go to work, so I lay in bed thinking of what I could make from what little I have
I came up with this: Buffalo Chicken Potato Bowls. One chicken breast, cooked, sliced, tossed with Buffalo Wing sauce. Potatoes, cubed, pan fried with the juices and pan scrapings left over from the last time I baked wings. Put the fried potatoes and sliced chicken in a bowl, top with Muenster cheese and drizzle with ranch dressing.
I'll serve with a side of buttered steamed broccoli.
Wings are one of hubby's favorite meals so I know he'll like this twist. Plus, the spicy meal will do us good as it's negative 1 degrees in our Northern Indiana city!

i made pizza from the freezer: frozen mozzarella, mushroom, gr peppers, package mix (to keep the bugs out) and from the cupboard cheap jar of pizza sauce and a fresh onion. tasted pretty good.
leftovers wrapped up and in fridge -- probably take a couple of pieces for work tomorrow.Last edited by jacqueline; 12-21-2008 at 08:08 PM.
