We do our "feast" on Christmas Eve, so it is prime rib. I keep moving sides around, so not quite sure yet on those. I do have salad fixin's, so I'll put those out, just in case. Also oven-baked potatoes, rice, corn, and some bread rolls that a friend of mine brought over in appreciation for the cookie platter I gave him and his family. They are Swedish dinner rolls, supposed to be very sweet and very good. I may also do peas, because I love peas.
(No one else much cares for them - more for me!!) Got some olives on sale, so I might put those out, too.
Meanwhile, I have the wine (both expensive stuff for BIL, who is a wine snob (although he drinks his red wine cold), and cheap stuff for Mom, who doesn't like to drink wine that tastes like wine, and thinks Boone's Farm is "good" wine), the rootbeer (nephew), the the Cherry Coke (sister) chilling.
Salty snacks and sweet snacks on the counter for nibbling while the prime rib cooks to perfection....DH aka Mad Hen

We actually had pancakes. There is not too much in the house, so we just made something that we had. I didn't have time to go to the store today.
