I haven't been sticking exactly to my menu plan. I've been mixing up the side dishes and main courses. I have made sure that I only use stuff from the weekly menu plan though.
For tonight:
leftover turkey heated in the skillet with gravey
potatoe for DH
fried apples
broccoli

Change of plans--we are now having some of the leftover Christmas lasagne from the freezer, and salad.

Plus a few snackies I have planned for tonight.______

We had pan-seared scallops (from Aldi, and they were mighty tasty) with angel hair pasta covered in lemon/butter/garlic sauce. My last hurrah before the Pound-A-Week Challenge. Oh, and the kids had some Sparkling Cranberry Juice.
