    Roast chicken
    Baked potato
    Probably green beans

AND - today at the grocery store I totally splurged for a New Year's dessert. Cheesecake and raspberries. 2009 can't come too soon! I can be strong for one day. I can... I can...

I think our plans are steak and crab legs. Salad and some sort of veggie. We're having some friends over also. Everyone is bringing something.

A modge-podge of appetizers: spinach dip in pumbernickel bread, chips and dip, wings, hanky-panky dip, shrimp, & dippy bread (olive oil & herbs). Not sure what everyone else is bringing. I think I will make a trifle as well. Lots and lots of wine!

We are having hot ham and pepper jack cheese sandwiches with steak fries. Later in the evening, we'll snack on some cheese sticks, crab stuffed mushrooms, and cheese stuffed jalapenos.

Well, I don't think we are leaving the house until 8pm so I guess we are going to have to eat something...probably a sandwich, LOL!

We are having a pick and eat kind of thing going on tonight. Boiled shrimp, little sandwhiches, chips and dips, stuffed jalapenos, cheese and crackers, etc.

I have a pork roast in the crockpot. We'll have mashed potatoes & gravy and some kind of veggie to go with.

I may make brownies too. I have been promising dh I would make ginger snaps....maybe I'll do that later this afternoon.
