I have a pot of Minestrone Soup and a Tossed Salad planned(thanks Nancy for the idea!Yum.)

A big lasagna that I pre-made and froze, and maybe some salad with fresh lettuce from my aerogarden.

We had baked pork chops (baked with rice and mushroom soup), green beans and leftover rolls.

I made phyllo cups in muffin tins and filled with leftover spinach/meatball soup that I mixed with egg and cheddar cheese. It made little omelets in pastry. Mmmmm.......

We had left-overs at my mom's... chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, and salad.
