Beef stew for us and another pot to take to one of my mommy friends who just had a baby (a baby girl after five boys). I'll put together some bread dough for her to bake at her house... my oven is broken! For us, it'll just be the stew. Repair guy comes on Saturday, so hopefully I'll be baking again soon.

I'm making a meatloaf. It's a fan favorite around here, but I usually don't have time to make it. So, since it's the last (week)day off before heading back to work, I figured, why not? I'll also make mashed potatoes and corn.

I think I will try to make some "light" turkey enchiladas (with leftover turkey). The light part may be the hardest. LOL.

I can almost guarentee the kids won't eat them, but mom and dad might take them to a movie and dinner out after, so I don't know if I will have to worry about them.

Taco Soup with cornbread. It is kind of cool and cloudy here so it sounds like a good supper.
