I have a lot of broccoli that needs using so I think I'll be making Fusilli with Broccoli & Beans. I'll have to make it without the lemon peel since I don't have any fresh lemons but I do have some salt free lemon pepper that I think will be a good replacement.

I am having my 4 yr old niece over to play tonight. I will probably make her favorite, chicken nuggets and mac & cheese. She has also asked to make cupcakes or "pupcakes" as she calls them.
