Default What's for Dinner, Valentines Day?

We're not celebrating here. We show our love for each other everyday so no need.
As I said in yesterdays thread it was Ds' birthday yesterday and seeing as he went out for dinner we are having a family dinner tonight. Just us though,. no extras.
So Ds has requested Apricot Chicken with Rice.
And a boost bar (chocolate bar here) ice cream cake for dessert

Well lunch will be out with family to celebrate Paige's bday. We are eating Mexican (who'd have thought that would be the favorite place of a 4 year old....lol)

As for dinner, Joe manages a resturant and they are alway's packed on V-day so Paige and I may just have to eat a sandwich or I may grab some hotdogs and a small thing of hamburger meat and make us some hotdogs and chili for dinner to go along with the leftover b-day cake and chips.

I'm thinking some heart shaped pasta and some alfredo sauce. Maybe a cherry cobbler and vanilla ice cream for dessert.

I really wanted to go to sakura japanese steakhouse but since its would cost around $70 for the two of us we decided to make the same foods at home since we have everything in the freezer anyway. We are having steak, fried rice, and shrimp.
