I am having my niece over to spend the night so we will probably have chicken nuggets and mac and cheese which is her favorite. We will also do our tradition of baking and decorating cupcakes while she is there.

Oh, cupcakes sound like fun! They end up becoming a family decorating project here.

Well..my dh had and unexpected trip for work and is now in California for a week and even though we have a ton of food in the house I decided to buy Chinese Takeout to perk up my three son's mood's since I know they are bummed about 1. him not being home..2. because that put's us another week behind on working on our house and to getting it completely finshed to start moving in..3.My mil has to come down to stay with them for the weekend ( I have to work) and she drives them crazy..(they do love her to pieces but she is 77yrs olds and constantly want's their attention and they just want to do their own thing so to speak.)

dinner today
Homemade vegetarian pizza (33 cents for the crust, 43 cents for the sauce, 1 dollar for the bag of pizza cheese, onions, mushrooms, and green onion so pretty frugal dinner today).

We'll be making homemade pepperoni & mushroom pizza. Hubby has been a baking fool since retiring and today he made Italian seasoned rolls, caraway rye bread & now pizza dough in the bread maker.
