Wow all of you are making some really delicious sounding dinners...I'm making a veggie soup/stew...I have a ton of veggies in my fridge that need to be used up before they go bad...I'm throwing them all in my crockpot with some stock and seeing what happens!!

I dont have to cook on Fridays. DH likes fish and goes out with his friend for fish every Friday. I am a vegetarian now and dont eat fish. DD16 is never home after school on a Friday so, I guess I might make myself some cheese ravioli or some meatless lasagna roll ups.

I still have a bag of Christmas shrimp down in the freezer. Gonna make sweet and sour shrimp stir fry, over rice, since dh likes that.

All you shrimp eaters have me wanting some. :girlsigh:
Cooked down the carcass of the rotisseried chicken we had the other night so I'll be making chicken soup with the broth. I'll probably make cheddar biscuits to go with it.~*Darlene*~

DH and the kids had grilled chicken breast tenderloins and mashed potatoes.
I had a bowl of mashed potatoes and some white bread. Sounds odd I am sure, but it is one of my favorite food combos.DD (19)
