Beef roast, potatoes, carrots in the crockpot. I'll probably fix peas also. I'm also fixing chocolate chocolate chunk cookies.

I'm at a toss-up right now. It will either be pancakes with sausage patties and eggs, or it will be potato soup and sandwiches. Either way, they are both easy, so a decision won't need to be made until later in the day!

I'm making a soup tonight and baking some choc chip cookies for the fam for dessert. We are going vegetarian, well mostly, I am going over completely, can't force the rest of the family to do it. So, I'm trying to rid us of a lot of food right now.

We are having a comfort food night. We are having meatloaf, mashed potatoes or mac/cheese and either corn or green beans.
