Happy anniversary, Mary Carney.

I have a pork roast in the crock pot w/ the usual onions-potatoes-carrots-celery. Seasoned with Old Bay seasoning. We'll have applesauce with it and Idunno for dessert.

I'm doing a "leftover stew" in my crockpot. I had a container of leftovers in my freezer, pork, veggies, etc...and then I had some frozen butternut squash, I threw it in the crockpot, with some water, we'll see how it turns out! LOL

OK, so as pastor is dismissing us from service this morning he informs us that one of our local farmers has left an entire pick-up truck FULL of sweet corn out in the parking lot for whoever wants it
"Take all you want" he said!!!
So, AFTER we go out for our anniversary, I'm having sweet corn for my evening meal!!!
