    well uncle decided he wanted shepards pie. so he went and bought all the stuff fresh(didnt wanna thaw,he likes instant gratification) so he made it. made a huge one. so we will have that for dinner as well. and today is my 3 yr anniversary wonder if dh will remeber.

    Dumped a bag of tortilla chips on a cookie sheet, added taco meat mixed with black beans and a can of tomatoes with green chilies, sprinkled on a liberal amoutnt of shredded cheese, and it is currently smelling wonderful. Me thinks I'll open up a can of pears, too.
