a woman from my mommy's group is scheduled to bring us dinner, but since we are supposed to be in a blizzard, I'm going to tell her to skip it and we'll have leftovers.

I have leftover pasta sauce and 1 Italian sausage. They'll go together with onions, peppers, and whatever else I can find and I'll serve them over linguine. And I have some pistou in the freezer for a little lagniappe!

It's extremely cold here, so I'm thinking some taco soup. I have lots of leftover taco meat in the freezer. It'll be quick and easy in the crock pot.

leftovers - I've got it down to a routine of making 3 meals a week, allowing for another meal to eat that week or put in the freezer. Just the 2 of us so this works well for us....I can even pull off enough for small lunches.

Not sure but I have sure been in a funk for eating lately. Nothing sounds good and don't want to fix anything either.
Have got to get back on track with some decent nutrition!!

We have church tonight. They have soup and sandwiches during the christmas services. So it is my turn to take soup. I made an Italian Wedding soup. I also made up a bunch of peanutbutter and jelly sandwiches on whole wheat bread(quartered them).
