    We are trying Goat tonight. Never had it before and going to tell the kids it's lamb until the eat it lol.
    So Goat casserole.
    having a baking day so lots to choose from for dessert.

    Still around & cooking, lol. It's a snowy day, perfect for a nice Sunday dinner so we'll be having Braised beef roast with lots of onions, garlic smashed potatoes & pureed butternut squash.

    The goat was quite nice. Couldn't really tell much of a difference in the casserole.
    Will get a side next time and see how we go with it.

    hard and soft tacos. Meat stir fried in BBQ sauce. Also enchiladas from a jar. milk,coke and choc. ice cream. Easy and good.
