Default What's for dinner, Thurs 11th

    Whoa, no dinner thread yet?

I'm making vegetarian chili tonight because I have beans and veggies coming out my ears.

Sorry had a busy day yesterday and forgot lol

We had these awesome Meatloveres snitzels when we were away so I trued to recreate them. They were yummy!
Cooked chicken snitzel topped with bolognaise sauce, bacon and other bits of meatlovers stuff the topped with grated cheese.

So I saved some bolognaise the other night and used that. Then fried up bacon, cabanossi and garlic mettwurts. They were sooo yummy and VERY filling.
I roasted baby spuds and pumpkin and steamed some peas. Will definitely be making them again!

Ice cream topped iwht milo for dessert mmmmm.

Well, I planned to eat last Sunday's supper, but...

Sunday I brought my usual leftovers meal to the library, but one of our weekday/daytime staff came in to catch up on some work, and brought KFC for all of us in honor of the Super Bowl. So it went in the freezer at work.

    Then I was off Mon-Wed.

Today I planned to eat it, but when I got to work, there were sandwiches and chips leftover from a library advisory committee meeting. Maybe tomorrow? I've really forgotton what it is. I know there were peas, but not sure of the rest. So tonight was a chicken salad sandwich, tomorrow is frozen surprise.

    Still, gotta love free food!
