Our dinner was scrumptious!
I made my Sticky Apricot roast Chicken that I hadn't made in ages, with hm apricot stuffing. Crispy fluffy roast spuds, roast pumpkin, beans and hm gravy from the juices. Baked a loaf of bread to go with (well the bread maker did).
Then made a peach crisp and custard for dessert.
Oh I also threw together a jug of Mango tea using a Bickfords Cordial mix.
MMmmmmmmmmm

Becci, that sounds sooooo good.
I got behind - the time change threw me off so had to hurry and have toast and cereal b/4 my tv show came on..........argh!!
