Default What's for Dinner, Mon 15th March

Well after yesterdays labour of love it's a rather easy dinner tonight.

Marninated lamb chops, Continental Pasta and sace, forzen beans and corn.
Looking at making some jelly and custard and having that with some tinned fruit for dessert.

I've got chicken in the crock pot going for chicken and dumplings. Making enough for dinner, lunch and dinner again.

I'll probably make a green salad and some cut up fruit to go with.

I put corned beef and cabbage dinner in the crock pot this morning! I have to work on St. Patty's day, so I decided to make it early. I can hardly wait for it to be ready. It smells so good!!

DC - my dad and I are coming over for dinner!! YUM! Leever & onions

I think its more fridge clean out - cold chopped salad - not sure what its called - lettuce/mixed greens with cold hard boiled eggs, sliced chicken breast with tomatoes/cuc's. Garlic toast if desired. And of course the dreaded spinach bean soup my sister forced on us lol. I think tonight and tomorrow will get rid of it finally.

I'm making a big pan of roasted veggies. Mostly squash and zucchini but will throw some others in there that need to be used up.

Probably pasta to go with it.
