    chickpea chana masala, white rice, green peas
    11% gross to retirement
    10% takehome to tithe and offerings
    emergency fund maintained at 3000(works for me)
    credit card debt 7500
    mortgage free
    freedom accounts/sinking funds that ebb and flow
    then live on the rest!

    i am trying something new. LDS church advises savings or debt repayment should be the same as the tithe. 10% each.

    I tried that in the crockpot the other nite - I made 'glue' with peas LOL Tossed it completely!

    Tomorrow's dinner will be hm beans, greens & veggie soup - made it tonight as tomorrow will be a go go go kinda day. Soup is easy to come home to.

    I'll be rotissering a chicken with this delicious paste rubbed into it. It's a little bit of work/fun using the mortar and pestle and toasting the spices but it sure is tasty! I'll serve it with a rice dish yet to be determined and some asparagus I got a good price on yesterday. Eating good in the neighborhood tonight!:woohoo1:

    Michelle I saw that the other day and it sure looked awesome, enjoy!

    Toasting the spices for the chicken I mentioned above reminded me of a rice dish I enjoy so that'll be the one to make for dinner. I love it when a plan comes together.
