I made hm pizza. Topped it with a grilled chicken breast, spinach and jalapeņo cheese. Easy and no dishes save for a knife and pizza cutter ( i bake the pizza on a parchemin paper)

I made a rice dish for lunch...neither one of us wanted to eat it for dinner too, and I didn't want to cook, so we had: the end of the cheese spread, on pepper water crackers, the end of the blt sandwich DH had 1/2 of yesterday (in Concord) for lunch, and a box of bargain (.70!) organic peas. Certainly not the best dinner in the world, but it served our purposes...it used up the end of the cheese spread, required no cooking on my part (DH is the "official" veggie cooker here) and it used up some of the dibs and dabs we had around: the organic peas & 1/2 sandwich.

Wednesdays are pasta night in my house! It's written in stone, and it's in hubby's handwriting , so it's either that or Divorce Court hahaha!!

....and of course the sausage, meatballs, and a nice loaf of bakery bread. YUM!

I like posting on the daily dinner list, and I don't know about you girls, but it always makes me hungry
