What's for Dinner, Wed 5th March?
I mad eup some BBQ meat packs a while back and there are some left over so it's marinated lamb chops, steak and sausages, potato salad and corn on the cob.

Since this evening is DD2's swimming lessons, I was thinking of something quick and easy. For me probably one slice of toast with a little cheese and flaked tuna, and for the girls a bagel with cream cheese. DH is working late again so he'll figure something out when he gets home.

I have both chicken breast and a beef roast defrosted in the fridge. I think for today veg-beef soup with half the roast, then I'll put the rest of the roast and chicken in the crockpot this afternoon for sandwiches/skillet dishes the rest of the week.
