I'm calling out for pizza tonight - I know it doesn't frugal, but it really is.

I'm sick, I don't want to handle food and get them sick, it can mean anything from dr. co-pay to an unpaid day off

Penne with bottled red sauce that I'm going to jazz up a bit with fresh garlic, onion, green pepper and tomatoes. I'm going to top it with a little mozzarella cheese and do French bread with EVOO and one of the spice blends in this cute little container.

Took leftover pot roast and sliced it up like for stir fry. Softened some thinly slice onions and carrots in a pan w/ oil , put in the meat and poured El Pato spicy over it and let it simmer. I have soft, small tortillas and some grated cheese.

Dessert is leftover Tres Leche cake from Cinco de Mayo.

Yea me! I got to participate in the "What's for dinner" thread!
