Not sure! Pasta with (something) and cheese, if I have parmesan.

Tomato mozzarella sandwich w/pesto, if DH didn't eat the piece of tomato.

Or...meleted mozzarella cheese sandwiches (out of cheddar).

Something with cheese, pasta or bread. I've got lettuces, so we'll have some of those too,and maybe the end of the frozen corn.

I don't know!

What is Fretta?

We start with sauteeing potatoes, peppers and onions, then mixing in broccoli (we use frozen mostly), then adding eggs to be scrambled in with turkey ham and cheddar cheese. Other places put more meats in it. I pour on some redhot too.

It might also be called a fritatta.
