    YUM!!!

I'll be working late today and the kids will be in different places so it'll probably look like this.....

DS#1 (home waiting to be picked up for soccer practice) blackeyed peas with lots of carrots and probably several cookies

DS#2 and DH - (DH picking DS#2 up from camp when he gets pff work and heading straight to soccer practice) a burger and fries on the way

Me - at work, one healthy choice entree picked up on the cheap and an apple

Busy morning in the kitchen already...I made a honey dijon marinade to go on some boneless pork "ribs" that we'll grill tonight and also made Orzo salad. So nice to have the fresh mint & basil in my garden to chop up for it. Not sure what I'll have for a veggie yet.

Think I am FINALLY done with cleaning out the refrig.--except for desserts......so will have to dig up some food from the freezer. Haven't even looked yet........anything that looks like a leftover will get eaten!
