Pasta and bacon has got to be dreamy. yum! Have a recipe Becci?
Nice day today. Dd and her bf came over at 8 this morn with a breakfast casserole to share so we had a full table with ds his gf still here & Jack & I. Almost felt like Mothers Day too. Bocci ball and croquet played into the afternoon.
Ds is leaving after dinner & we'll be grilling 2 nice steaks I sprinkled Montreal steak seasoning and garlic powder on and serving them with tortellini salad & buttered corn.

My own special Thai-Polish fusion spicy kielbasa lentil cabbage soup made from this and that laying about the house. Only bought cabbage and turkey kielbasa for the soup. Leftovers for lunch throughout the week.

Not as Thai flavored as the recipe I posted last week, but still tasty.

    Um yeah fairly simple.
    1 onion, diced
    1lb bacon, diced
1-2 teaspoons garlic (or to taste)

Fry off in a saucepan until onions cooked.
Add 300mls (half pint?) cream and about 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, heat through.
Toss through cooked pasta (about 1lb dry cooked up)

Can add mushies and capsicums (peppers) to it too or whatever your fam likes.
Always sprinkly with more parmy - can never have enough mmmmm.
