Baked chicken drumsticks here, might crumb them I think. May even have crushed spuddies, roast pumpkin and something green too.

Tonight we'll be grilling chicken that I have marinating in an herb garlic marinade. I just got done making my couscous (with olive oil, garlic, basil from the garden salt and pepper & a couple shakes of parmesan cheese) & it's hanging out in the fridge. To round the meal out, instead of planned broccoli, I have some mandarin oranges that need using so I'll substitute them for apples in my Fancy Pants Salad.
Stay cool Daddy-o's!

Becci, you can make the most 'boring" meal sound fun and exciting
We will be having baked potatoes with toppings (veg chili, cheese, brocolli, sour cream, bacon for the fam). If the fam wants meat, hubby will have to grill it.

I agree with IntlMom---Becci's menus always sound intriguing. And yummy!
I have cooked so much the last few days (and the last 46 years) that I am baking a DiGiorno Pizza! LOL! I need a break!
