Dinner...do I *have* to feed them again??? *Sighs*...lol

Something easy & quick, maybe mini sandwiches on little Sarah Lee rolls???
Definately something that does *NOT* involve turning on the stove, oven or grill...

My mom called me up and invited us to dinner. So.... Whatever she's having I'll probably bring a sweet though.

I cutup the beef stew meat into really small pieces and sauteed it in a little vegetable oil added salt and pepper cooked it until it was tender added my homemade taco seasoning and a little water sauteed it again used my slotted spoon and took out the beef put it in a bowl then added a couple of sliced onions to the pan with the remaining taco seasoning sauteed it for about 15 minutes used my slotted spoon again put it into a seperate bowl (for my little brother whom is here visiting and a very very picky eater) I guess our meal will be fajita's with cheese..lettuce & salsa..I hope my family likes it because Ive never made them before!

Brown rice, roasted brussels sprouts, garden butternut squash, avocado and sliced garden tomato, some of the first garden cantaloupe. The dog and I will share a golden Oreo for dessert.

Hoagies from the local farmer's market. A real treat that we've been waiting more than a month to get.
