I cutup the beef stew meat into really small pieces and sauteed it in a little vegetable oil added salt and pepper cooked it until it was tender added my homemade taco seasoning and a little water sauteed it again used my slotted spoon and took out the beef put it in a bowl then added a couple of sliced onions to the pan with the remaining taco seasoning sauteed it for about 15 minutes used my slotted spoon again put it into a seperate bowl (for my little brother whom is here visiting and a very very picky eater) I guess our meal will be fajita's with cheese..lettuce & salsa..I hope my family likes it because Ive never made them before!
