I have some leftover rotisserie chicken, so I think I am going to make a greek pasta salad with chicken, tomatoes, feta, kalamata olives and some brown rice pasta. I've never used it before, but it has 12 grams of protein per serving!

Whatever or wherever DS wants. It's his 15th birthday so he gets to choose. But, I think he has chosen a seafood place at the casino. A little over $20 per person, but he has been wanting to go since I told him how yummy it was.

Happy Birthday to your son Neeley!

I have a lb of ground beef defrosting and am thinking of either making Stroganoff or Meatloaf... if it's the Stroganoff it'll be atop egg noodles, if it's the meatloaf I'll make mashed potatoes. Salad on the side (with lots of cucumbers) for whichever one I pick.
