We have family arriving from N. Carolina & staying with us til Friday morning so I've got a full house.

Tonights dinner we'll be rotissering a pork loin and basting it with a honey mustard sauce. I made up some mashed potatoes this morning (so I don't have to fuss later & can relax & enjoy) I'll nuke those and will make a tossed salad to roundthe menu out.
Dessert is vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce and/or butterscotch.~*Darlene*~
