    tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil
    11% gross to retirement
    10% takehome to tithe and offerings
    emergency fund maintained at 3000(works for me)
    credit card debt 7500
    mortgage free
    freedom accounts/sinking funds that ebb and flow
    then live on the rest!

    i am trying something new. LDS church advises savings or debt repayment should be the same as the tithe. 10% each.

    Not sure but probably spaghetti.
    “When you get to the end of all the light you know
    and it's time to step into the darkness of the unknown,
    faith is knowing that one of two things will happen:
    you will be given something solid to stand on,
    or you will be taught how to fly.” - Edward Teller

    “Our Earth is degenerate in these later days;
    there are signs that the world is speedily
    coming to an end;
    bribery and corruption are common; children no
    longer obey their parents;
    every man wants to write a book and the
    end of the world is evidently approaching.”
    — From a translation of an inscription on
    an Assyrian clay tablet, circa 2800 B.C.E.

    God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
    courage to change the things I can,
    and the wisdom to know the difference

    Leftover-Palooza is in it's 3rd day but shows signs of ending soon. Today is leftover grilled garlic chicken, the rest of the garlic noodles and some fresh Swiss Chard from the garden.
    There will be one more day of leftovers being used up but that will be next week. I'm saving up what's left of the pork, steak and any chicken from tonight and freezing it to use in a stir fry next week.
