Dd and her Fiance are having his parents & the 2 of us for dinner tomorrow. I'm in charge of happy hour and a request for a shrimp cheese ball with cocktail sauce & cheese for cheese and crackers was made which I will fulfill. Dd and her sweetie will be making broccoli casserole, some kind of potatoes and beef. I'm sure Nicole put his Mom in charge of the dessert, she knows her sweets. Looking forward to the evening!

    Pork fried rice
made with a serving of leftover pork from yesterday supper.

One of my favorite ways to turn 1 leftover serving into dinner for four. So yummy too.
