Hunter Chicken ( A cross between chicken Parmesan and chicken cacciatore) , roasted veggies in homemade fire roasted tomato sauce, roasted asparagus with olive oil and lemon, salad , fresh Italian bread and chocolate zucchini cake for dessert

El Cheapo spaghetti. Why do I call it El Cheapo spaghetti you ask? Well because it is one of those Kraft boxed dinners I bought for .50 at the Amish store and the small can of tomato paste was only .35 at the Amish store.

We are having homemade chicken noodle soup.....and maybe some bread and butter on the side for dunking...mmmm...this cold winter weather makes me want comfort foods!
