Zowie Libby, you trying to make us all jealous?! No really thanks a bunch for sharing pics! The biscuits, they have veggies in them? Everything looks wonderful, I never have to worry about you all over there.

Oh hubby was in charge of dinner and did something awesome with the sweet potatoes. I'm not a huge sweet fan & like savory better but these are the first sweet potatoes that had me saying wow, I want these again & again. I'll share the recipe tomorrow.

Grilled hamburgers and veggie burger for me w/pepper jack cheese, sweet potato fries, and mac and cheese. Dh had to have this apple pie from the store today so that will be dessert. I don't make pie.

Darlene the biscuits - I doctored up with three kinds of cheese & finely diced green onions and a salt free seasoning shake - mostly dried veggies in it.
As for the sweet taters - treat em like reg taters - they're super excellent with garlic powder, onion powder, marg/butter, milk and S&P
Sour cream or cream cheese just makes them MORE decadent - I think.
Sometimes we just boil them and add a pat of marg along with parm, salt & pepper. Easy peasy.
