    I'm going out to dinner with a friend at a Mongolian style joint that lets you create your own Chinese food.

    Hubby and kids are on their own, hahaha.

    I am making hambuger helper. I have left over broccoli and cauliflower from a veggie tray. I will steam that for a veggie.
