    I made a big package of potato soup, one of the few things I buy premade .. it is wonderful .. Bear Valley I think.

    I added a small handful of sausage crumbles to my bowl. We had 8 inches of snow last night and it is supposed to be 18 below zero tonight .. soup just sounded good.

    Chicken barley risotto w/leeks (cockaleekie soup boiled down, yummy!)

    I'm in love w/Better Than Bullion too! I found 2 jars of turkey marked down around Christmas, and when my chicken ran out I started one of those. It'll probably be a couple of months before I HAVE to buy some chicken. With luck, I'll find a bargain!
