Burgers (ground beef on sale) with homemade potato salad, the mayonnaise kind. I've never made it before, I've only made the German one with vinegar.

    As it stands now:

    Ground turkey meatloaf
Gravy on the side. (Not everyone wants it.)
    Lettuce salad
Rolls or another veggie. The rolls have to be cooked in the oven too at a different temperature than the meatloaf.

This is the original recipe: Pronto Chicken Fajitas Recipe | Taste of Home

I won't spend the money on pre-cooked chicken and frozen pepper strips. So I cut up a little under a pound of chicken and sauteed with fajita seasoning. I julienned one red pepper and one green pepper. They were really good .
