As it stands now:
Ground turkey meatloaf
Gravy on the side. (Not everyone wants it.)
Lettuce salad
Rolls or another veggie. The rolls have to be cooked in the oven too at a different temperature than the meatloaf.

Goal #1 - lose 30 lbs, lower blood sugar, blood pressure, & cholesterol - DONE
Goal #2 - lose 5 more pounds to put me in the normal range on the BMI - DONE - 5/13/11
05/16/11 - Down 36 lbs (total) since 12/08/10, under calorie goal almost every day, on treadmill 40 minutes 5 days a week MINIMUM.

I won't spend the money on pre-cooked chicken and frozen pepper strips. So I cut up a little under a pound of chicken and sauteed with fajita seasoning. I julienned one red pepper and one green pepper. They were really good .McD
