We have to head to BJ's today and we really like their steaks (& they are a splurge) so we'll probably grill a steak and serve it with baked potatoes and green beans. Can't wait!

I am making chicken breasts in a salsa sauce in the crock pot.
I am thinking about adding black beans and corn later after
shredding at least two of the breasts. Probably keep 2 of the
breasts and part of the sauce for later ...
anyway make that into soup for tonight.

I've got a HUGENORMOUS! pork roast in the crockpot (bought when I had 11 people still living here lol). We're having that w/ mashed potatoes & gravy and veggies.

    Tomorrow...more pork roast lol.

I have beef stew in the crockpot and bread baking. We're supposed to have snow and ice this afternoon, so it sounded good.
