    I'm making turkey rice soup also! I plan on making mine in the crockpot. Will also have pumpernickel rolls and warm peaches.

    Cleaning out my cupboards, and since the Spam (I know, right!?!) was eaten last night, tonight is tuna casserole made with one of the many cans of tuna fish I have. Along with that will be a green salad and garlic bread.

    I've got white beans soaking on the stove. I'm making ham & bean soup using the leftover Christmas ham bone I'll also be making homemade yeast rolls to go with. It's freezing here so it's perfect soup weather.

    ^such wonderful suppers! I've got a #of gr turkey out. I'll make chili or taco meat for taco salad. It's darn cold here, too & snowing!!
