Planning to make pot roast in the pressure cooker, and probably have some brussels sprouts with it.

Last night we had leftovers but some of the leftovers didn't get eaten because I found leftovers that were more left-over-y than this, lol. Tonights dinner will be leftover Lemon Pasta with Shrimp and a veggie yet to be determined. Starting off again from scrach dinner-wise tomorow.

I cooked a big dinner Sunday (Baked ham) and yesterday we grilled hamburgers. Today is Monday which means back to the grind AND bowling night so we'll be doing leftovers.

I think I'll take the beef stew add some veggies and put some biscuit crust on top in individual bowls for personalized pot pies.
