We'll be going to the inlaws for lunch today & srtopping at BJ's on the way home where I hope to find a nice pot roast. I really have a hankering for my onion braised beef roast with mashed potatoes and carrots. On second thought that cooks in the crock & I won't be home in time... guess we'll have to wait & see what else I find there.

Leftovers, we still have a pound of spaghetti that needs to be eaten
"Many more people could ride out the storm-tossed waves in their economic lives if they had their . . . supply of food . . . and were debt-free. Today we find that many have followed this counsel in reverse: they have at least a year’s supply of debt and are food-free."-Thomas S. Monson

We'll be sparking up the grill & rotissering a chicken. Serving it with some jazzed up couscous and b sprouts.
