Still cold here in Texas (but ice melting in the bright sun, thank goodness!) so tonight is Homemade Potato Soup with bacon and chopped green onion and Homemade Biscuits and honey-butter.
Totally debt free since January 2011.
Fully funded Emergency Fund complete December 12, 2011! Yeah!

I have some chicken spaghetti left over, so I'll try to disguise it for tonite. And a salad. And "cake tops". Our caterer friend cuts the rounded tops off layer cakes, frosts them if there is any leftover frosting, and sometimes brings one over for us. Yum!
