Default What's for Dinner, Sun 13th Feb

It's my baby boys 15th birthday today!!!! OMG one more year and he can drive aarrrrggghhhhhh!

His request is Apricot Chicken, we'll have some rice and veg with it too.
Was meant to make his fave boost ice cream cake but I forgot the ingredients and no money to get them. So we came up with a choc chip cho cake in two layers, sandwiched with caramel (made from boiling a can of condensed milk, the BEST caramel) and then icing with Betty Crocker choc frosting and sprinkling with yet more choc chips.
Hmmm wonder how my calories are going to go today

Oh my that cake sounds yummy, Happy Birthday to your "baby".

We are going to have an old fashioned Sunday dinner here for 2 with lots of leftovers for dinners to come. Roasted chicken, mashed potatoes and buttered corn are what's on the menu here.

    i am defrosting ground beef.

either spaghetti, kemma's eggrolls, or trying that fried rice discussed earlier.
    11% gross to retirement
10% takehome to tithe and offerings
emergency fund maintained at 3000(works for me)
    credit card debt 7500
    mortgage free
freedom accounts/sinking funds that ebb and flow
    then live on the rest!

i am trying something new. LDS church advises savings or debt repayment should be the same as the tithe. 10% each.
