Angel hair pasta with bolognese sauce. It started as plain marinara sauce and then I had one lone hamburg, so I crumbled and fried it and put it in the marinara.

I made rigatoni (Publix BOGO!) tossed with garlic tomato sauce (bought on closeout + doubled coupon!) and sauteed summer squash (from farmers market!). On the side we had cucumber (from farmers market!) salad. So great for hot southern spring nights!

dd and i went out for thai at her request
she had dumplings and jasmin rice and some fries
i had dumpling soup and hot and spicy beef and veg in gravy
very good

Carrot/red lentil soup w/ roasted cumin. I have found a LOT of organic carrots *cheap* so we'll use some of them up this way!
