Happy Birthday Wunsagin!!
For a change I am cooking tonight - DH is the chef in our family and totally spoils us!!
I am making:
baked fillet of sole with tomatoes and garlic
Baked potatoes stuffed with spinach, feta cheese, scallions, sour cream
Green salad with tangy tomato dressing
and rice of course, since it isn't a meal without rice in this part of the world!!
and of course I am planning on LO for tomorrow!!Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.

DH grilled enough for a wonderful dinner, with lots to freeze too:

We started the smaller beef tenderloin roast at dinner. It was WONDERFUL. DD chose grilled chicken, which also turned out great -- very moist.
I'm keeping out the rest of the chicken breasts and the sliced beef tenderloin.
I'm freezing
* the 2 pork tenderloins
* one beef tenderloin
* 10 chicken thighs
That grill session will build convenience (and flavor) into a lot of future meals.2012 Knitting in progress
