Default What's For Dinner - Wed June 22/11

It was fend for yourself night as we're all 'blah' from the humid and overcast weather, not to mention that DF worked more then 24 hours yesterday and our sleep patterns were put off.

Dad had leftovers and I made DF and I some Mexican KD w/hotdog coins with a side of carrot and celery sticks for veggies.

DH is sick, so I'm having nachos in a little bit. Had them last night too since he worked, but not really feeling like cooking an actual meal tonight for myself. Not very adventurous right now with food ... probably coming down with something. Had a fever last week.

Thought about going out but decided to cook instead. We had Grilled Fresh Kielbasa, Mac-n-Cheese and salad (made with lettuce from neighbor's garden and cucumber from ours).

I love hot dogs and left overs. We had boneless, skinless, chicken breast bought on sale with rice. Yum.
