Default What's for dinner Sunday, June 26th?

I am going to put a pork roast on the grill (yes, on the grill) and slop some of this Rufus McTeague's BBQ sauce over it (that I used last night on chicken). I'm going to wrap it in foil and cook slowly. See what happens. This sauce is to die for. Mmmmmm.....

Have it with a veg of some kind. Maybe green beans.

We are going to rotisserie a chicken on the grill and serve it with Oriental Noodle Salad (cabbage based)and maybe some seasoned Couscous.

Probably leftover salmon, rice and veggie and some other fillers as just a small amount of all of these left. I may make fajitas because I have all of the items for this, but I do not know if dh's stomach is up to spicy fajitas today.
