Slow roasted pork shoulder with mashed potatoes, pan gravy, snap peas & green beans from the garden as well as a cuke, tomato & red onion salad with balsamic vinaigrette.

Our granddaughter, Alexa, was here for dinner and will be staying with us for 4 days while Mom & Dad get away for their anniversary. Alexa had her first taste of grandpa's mashed taters and oven roasted carrots.

Do you think she wants more??? LOL

Alexa looks like she Loves it. What a pretty little girl. My daughter's name is Alexandra, but she doesn't like the name Alexa, so we call her Ally.

Tacos and mango, probably some rice of some sort. I'm just winging it since the move is so close.

Family arrived in town and was easier to take everyone out to eat vs trying to cook meals. Peking duck wraps, duck lettuce wraps, lobster, fish, spinach w/mushrooms, rice. Too. Much. Food.
