Default What's for dinner, August 15th, 2011 (Mon)

We'll be having tuna melts, chips, and fruit here. Already got each bun packed with the meat mixture, wrapped in foil, and waiting in the fridge so I can pop them in the oven once I get off work!

pinto beans, yellow rice and diezmillo. This is a "mexican" style cut of meat I get a the latin market. It is sliced very thin and dipped into a spicy red sauce to marinate. Then you fry it for a few minutes in olive oil. It is a good way to eat a cheap cut of meat.

    Happy Birthday onencgirl!

Tonight I'll be doing something with leftover pork we rotisseried. We'll either be having a pork stir fry or I'll shred the meat, add bbq. sauce and have it on buns with some coleslaw on the side.

    Leftover grilled chicken
    kalamata olives
    goats milk feta cheese
    cherry tomatoes
    beets
    cucumber
    greek dressing
Just mix all in a bowl. Yum! Will probably have a few chips on the side.

    Happy Birthday, onencgirl!!

I'm gonna throw chicken on the grill and do 'sumthin' to it.

I'm picking up some more sweetcorn while I'm out today, we'll have that and sliced 'maters.
